I'm scared of having my neck arteries severed.
Imagine the feeling of that scalding blood pouring all over your torso. You're fucking terrified as you clasp the wound tightly, then gag and cough because you're suffocating yourself. If the terror from seeing your own blood pissing out of your neck isn't enough to send you into panic, this next bit will be Your body is in instictive turmoil: one part desperately wants you to clasp that wound tight to stem the blood flow, the other wants you to continue breathing. What do you do?
There's so much blood pooled under you that it feels like you're being boiled, because the blood isn't inside your body so you feel freezing. You're shivering now. But is it the fear or the cold? You can't think straight. Strange thoughts, odd inconstistensies in speech and thought pattern, soon utter delirium. Your body is trying so hard to keep you alive that your brain isn't shutting down as it's supposed to.
Then it all goes black. But you can still hear things going on around you. You try to move, to ask for help one last time, but there's nothing. No sound, no heat or cold, no feeling. Finally, you die.
