Scientifically speaking: How normal is it for an internal voice to keep telling me to kill myself?

Unironically, I have noticed that my own voice in my head regularly tells me to kms.
Is this normal?
Should it be a cause for concern?
I am otherwise healthy, and workout and eat well…

This is a nonsensical statement because what it means to eat well is an open question and area of active research. Hope you're not referring to the consensus diet of little or no animal foods plus whole wheat vegetables broccoli and legumes with seed oil on top, ie the suicidal ideation diet.

its not normal and shouldn't be happening for a healthy human being in normal comfortable circumstances. You should talk to a therapist and see what they think.

I've had intrusive thoughts for a long time, I learned to cope like the other anon did by shouting over them or changing them, but I still had the tick. Finally after a year of therapy I tried medication, and after trying like 5 anti-psychotics I gave into the SSRI meme and unironically when I take my zoloft its like my brain is under my full control instead of having the fucking thought ticks just pop in and out.

I know that feel

Once it got so bad that:
I had to take meds since
I had visual hallucinations as well
(ghosts of my deceased mother,
and grampa, demons, fairies, monsters, angels, etc)

So I took a semester off of college.

But I think it wasn't the meds that helped me.
I started to go back to normal after improving my sleep quality/schedule.

I was sleep time was too short. And I was anorexic.
Once I started to sleep more and eat more the visual hallucinations stopped.

The sound hallucinations didn't ceased completely but at least reduced by a lot.

I think many have it to varying degrees... I know certain medications can induce it further. So long as you don't want to die, I'd say you're not in a danger zone just yet... But I am not a psychologist, so...

Also, I personally still find many things that interest me in life, and that I find enjoyable, so that helps... So if you are lacking in that regard, this may cause intrusive thoughts (as what you described) to be worse.

I have multiple. When one tells me to kys, the other voice tells that voice to fuck off and kys. I trust the second voice more.

We have too many voices to count. Some voices will have discussions with other voices as though they are separate entities, while simultaneously having access to the same information.

The brain is constantly processing things in parallel. I are breathing, while also thinking, while also typing. The voices are no different, they each have their own "train of thought." In fact, each voice IS a train of thought that comes and goes.
You asked about computations, if you're speaking about math problems, then sort of. There's a limited capacity of the brain/mind to solve math problems. If that capacity is split between multiple voices, it greatly diminishes.
