Yeah his executor is probably doing to this because they see his death happening sooner rather than later and want to make sure there's as much money left when he does to make everyone rich as fuck.

This is simply a money thing and everyone around his corpse is trying to get the maximum amount of money out of him that they can, this is pretty fucking common even with seniors that don't have a whole lot of money but just a few greedy family members or executors.
