How could you possibly understand or interpret how a writer "wrestles with 70 years of continuity" (only about 20 or so total years of which are actually relevant, something you would know if you picked up a fucking comic) without any reference or understanding of it? No shock you fail to see that 95% of writers ignore continuity entirely and only about 1% of that remaining 5% (or .05% of the original for your dumb ass) uses that continuity well.
