That's fair and I agree with you, but if you extend your anger into things that do make a decent bit of sense you lose credibility. You gotta stick on the shit that is absolutely bad so they can't argue a much weaker point and thereby try to claim victory.
1. Poe ignores orders and carries out the bombing run.
2. This results in loss of life and resources.
3. Poe is called out for his disobedience and demoted.
4. Poe is told absolutely nothing about the plan.
5. Poe makes his own plan to save the Resistance
Point 1 can be argued since it seems like a pretty big departure of character that he'd suddenly just ignore orders like that, but this is a new movie and they decided to take him that way so it's much more subjective if she "should" be taken that way.
Points 2 and 3 follow logically from point 1, the attack failed and there are consequences to that.
Point 4 is the most faulty and deserves the most attention, there is no good reason in universe for his lack of knowledge. This is the biggest plothole, with a simple explanation from Holdo the entire plot would have changed, with a simple line it could have been explained a way. This is shitty writing, almost no questions asked.
Point 5 is a bit like point 1 where the question becomes would Poe REALLY do that? Seems out of character but again, new movie and at this point we've had development into the Poe is kind of a hothead pushed on us so it can make sense given the circumstances of the movie. Fairly subjective, not worth to argue.
