I actually really like the way rogue/deadpool ended up working out.
Shiklah started off on a good note with him finally playing the straight man to someone even more murderous than him, and the whole monster aspect where she's attracted to his tumor-body and when he gets handsome it turns her off was funny.
But then they just started going off the rails with character assassination, she's slept with half the monster metropolis at this point and just wants to slaughter all humanity.
The fact Warda exists and he has her pym-shrunk in a coffin implanted in his heart in 2099 was about as satisfying an ending as we could hope for.
I liked wade/outlae but wade/rogue is quite similar, I just want him to be happy for once in his miserable life.
With him being an actual father to Ellie and father-figure to Evan/Genesis, he could use a lady in his life that doesn't incite him to murder and violence
