I agree that Greenblatt did things wrong. I'm not even sure if he talked to higher ups about moving the show at all after that incident. I personally think that season 2 is worse than the first one, which already had its share of shitty moments, and seeing how some of those ideas apparently come from Greenblatt himself, I start to question his vision.
but
1. They could have notified him about this beforehand, especially since show is still being produced, and he is a veteran with the studio.
2. Harvey still steadily pulled more 1 - 1,5 million views. That's more than most CN current animated series, and is on par with TTG and SU
3. Some of Greenblatt's complaints are very valid, especially about Nick being the Spongebob Channel, an expecting an instant hit
4. Nick has a long history of fuckups and doing shady shit. Not to mention that there are few-year gaps where they didn't air anything worth watching at all
So, while both sides are wrong, Harveys (both real one and fictional) deserved a better treatment
