Anyways as to the original question, out of those 3 Hulk could stand a a chance vs some incarnations of Superman like New 52 because he's similarly written where they just make him as strong as they want to.
But even at that Hulk can't fly so depending on the Superman he was against, Supes could just fly to the other side of whatever planet they're on and push it into the nearest star. Can Hulk survive being in the core of a sun? Supermsn can, depending on the color it just makes him stronger
