Unless you're extremely underaged, everyone here has seen a cartoon made in the gradual transition between cel and digital ink and paint/digital animation. What I'd like to ask is this: Why do some shows in the late 90's look absolutely amazing with their digital ink and paint coloration, whereas shows that had to go through the transition between the two looked a bit choppy? Pic related, Cybersix was 100% digital ink and paint. I'll be posting more examples of shows that were 100% digitally colored from the start vs. shows that made the transition.
