Like Super Saiyan Blue being 50x God, let alone the Kaio Ken or the fusion technique on top of that? Beerus would have been left in the dust years ago, but it really seems like he hasn't been, which is why I lean to the above. Blue is maybe 2x God at best. I even doubt it's that much.
Sure there are situations which argue against it e.g. Kefla, the weird scaling of Hit etc etc, but for the most part I think it works.
