Tarantula may have originally been picked up as part of TBS’s new original animation initiative, but they must’ve pulled a complete 180 because this show barely got any advertising (
twitter.com/TarantulaTBS), and it’s possible that the network decided at the VERY last second to dump the entire series right before the start of the new year (each episode is copyrighted 2018 despite being released at the tail end of 2017).
Fuck TBS. This show deserved at least a CHANCE at building an audience. It was nice.
