Ivy: can break out of Arkham with a single plant seed, can come back from the dead and grow massive vines that break into Joker's fortress, can't storm through four of Penguin's armed guards, the brainy levelheaded strategic person, walks into Riddler's lair unarmed
Clayface: can't act, CAN act (well this inconsistency is believable, his acting could have improved in the several months that went by in the show, or maybe he's naturally trans)
Harley: I'm not gonna touch all the inconsistencies in her character.
