We had this thread a couple of months ago, and it was a lot of fun, so I figured I'd bring it back (I'm using the same pic). The gist of it is that you pick a Big 2 Character (or not, maybe you have a neat Spawn idea or something), and basically write an "Epic", meaning a long-form story, about them in an AU that contains specifically the pieces you want. For example, what Morrison did with Batman or Claremont with the X-Men, but you get to do it from the ground up. Alter the origins, rework some characters, discard some, whatever. Say you want to write your Doctor Strange Epic, but you don't care about Rintrah and you like Magik. Sure, Magik, Colossus and their other brother, are no longer Muties, and are instead part of some Occult Russian family or something. You get my point.
