>>110697045Something tells me, if Horde Prime ever did see Hordak again, face to face, Horde Prime would kill him, just to get rid of a loose end. The sad part about Hordak is, he spent decades on Etheria, building an Empire of dirt, and Horde Prime will never be pleased.
The thing about one of She-Ra's big themes is, people have to let go of their abusive environments or else it will destroy them. Hordak and Catra are very much alike (come from abusive homes and both are deemed worthless by their familial/parental figures, and then do whatever they can to prove their families wrong and that they are useful). But now Hordak had a taste of someone who seen his imperfections as beautiful and didn't think he was worthless. Before Catra walked in with the sword, he almost seemed willing to wish to stay in Etheria and didn't want to rush working on the portal, just to stay with Entrapta longer.
Then things went to shit just after, but still, there was a hand holding out to him and he was ready to take it. Then Catra lied about her and her intentions.
