Even phones don't have proprietary chargers anymore with the exception of iPhones. Everyone else moved over to micro USB at the behest of lawmakers.
Why, in the future, would chargers that entities who are legally people need in order to remain conscious, not be standardized in the same way?
Hell, why wouldn't all models just have an induction coil in their head so they could use standardized chargers that also don't make them more vulnerable to water?
