Sword Art Online: Alicization will replace Mob Psycho 100 on Feb 9th. Since the first episode is a 1 hour special, Megalo Box will take the night off.

As the rerun portion of Toonami is failing, Pop Team Epic will not be replaced, and IBO will be cut short starting Feb 16th. The block will now end at 4am.

Last week was a start to finish good night. No mid block spikes, and consistent viewership all the way through. The one thing of note is the sharp dive when the reruns start, which is likely why most of them are being cut. This week, the number climb yet again, with Super breaking the 800k mark. However, the drop sizes for the rest of the night are larger, as well as a big spike during Naruto. And again, the reruns completely flounder, so good riddance to them. If AS just focuses on the premieres like they are now, and don’t try a bunch of dumb extra shit like they were, Toonami is probably gonna be just fine.
