There will be bare legs from time to time, but there are honestly a lot of characters who had that basic look over the decades. Some who are still active, so when new characters come along or someone else needs to stand out, they'll change it up. It's weird to say this look is "gone" when there are still plenty of characters out there. I guess casuals only know Mockingbird or something?
And as others have pointed out, Mockingbird honestly looks better in the modern costume, as basic as it is. Though her old baggy sleeves were probably the weirdest touch of her old look.
