Here you have job stability, moderate pay and almost 0 respect. There's a problem with residency too, but in general there's a deficit of medical personel, especially nurses. There's a nurse for every doctor in the country and if nurses didn't work at 2 places the whole healthcare system would crash. So yeah.
Western europe offers better pay compared to here, but you become their working horse and they'll never see you as an equal. But they have a deficit too so that's why they import doctors from here.
If you're in america you'll probably be better, but as far as other anons have stated, education there is so expensive by the time you graduate you're up to your neck in debt and basically become a working horse again so you can sustain your family and pay your debt.
