Sure, it can give you traits like a barrel chest or zipper abs, and of course there's little you can do to increase or decrease your height beyond a certain point, but like 2/3rds of the factors are about:
A) How you take care of yourself during your developmental years.
and
B) Your way of life, now.
You could have the best muscle-growing genes on the planet, but if you exclusively laze about eating Cheetos and watching Netflix in your spare time, you'll be just as out of shape as everybody else that does.
Additionally, the use of tools greatly mitigates the need for physical superiority. Human evolution prioritized biological efficiency and thinking power above all else. We do thermal adaptability, tool use, and (if in shape) long-term exertion better than the bulk of the animal kingdom.
