Papers that don't take a position on anthropogenic climate change are also not included in the question of whether the paper supports the position or not for the obvious reason of the paper not saying anything on the position itself.
In addition, the paper isn't peer-reviewed, probably because it couldn't get published anywhere with peer review due to committing logical fallacies.
