Once every two weeks, I just wash my face and clean my public and armpit area with a wet cloth.

Also wear fresh clothes and use a good deo and you'd be fine

I use showers to wake up.

Only use soap every few days. Only use shampoo every few days, unless your scalp is particularly oily.

Your skin should be dry, but using soap everyday will dry off the natural oils and irritate it.

why do you need to shower before going to bed if you shower when you wake up?

shower once a day in the morning, but I try to avoid using soap where it's not necessary. when I work out I just rinse with warm water/scrub lightly right after to get rid of the sweat before going back to work.
