I had two COVID jabs and I still caught COVID. Just lol. Sick with it rn...

It's not THAT bad. Definitely nothing to have locked down the entire planet for two years for. Ridiculous. My 83 year old grandpa also has it and is no sicker than me. It's def unpleasant but I've had worse flus for sure.

Meanwhile I'm young and healthy with no comorbidities no even a bit overweight and Covids made me sick for 14 days, it was the worst I ever felt in my life, unable to do much more than lying in bed all day shivering in a pool of sweat while being in pain from head to toes and everything tasted and smelled like burnt meat or rotten corpse. No breathing issue though. It was before the vaccines existed so it was the original strain.

Covid is way less predictable than the traditional seasonal diseases, your personal experience means nothing. Mine neither but we should be glad it evolved to be less dangerous, not more like the Spanish Flu did.

I've had numerous vaccines throughout my life. Not a single one made me sick like the 2nd moderna dose. That 2nd moderna dose made me sicker than any virus I've ever had made me. I used to be one of those people who argued against the "irrational" antivaxxers online. And I guess I still am - I don't believe they cause autism for example. But after seeing how MY OWN BODY responded to the MRNA vaccine in Moderna, I have absolutely zero trust in vaccines anymore. None, zero, zilch, nada.

I'm not shitting you when I say pissing fucking blood out my dick after a surgery was more pleasurable than what Moderna did to me. I was BEDRIDDEN for two days. Could barely function. The only thing that's hit me similarly was alcohol poisoning.

First time was back in March 2020, second time was around 4 months after my first shot, third time was 5 months after my second. I have had completely different reactions each time. First was fever, second was a cough, third was absolutely nothing at all. My experience has been a lot better each subsequent time, so that means either I’ve developed a broad enough immunity from reinfection or the two shots have gone a long way in minimising my symptoms. The problem with vaccinated people second guessing their vaccinations is you have no idea how much worse off you would be if you weren’t vaccinated at all

Anything that causes a severe inflammatory response has the potential to cause significant damage, and keep in mind that at least with the mRNA vaccines, you're producing the spike protein for over four months, compared to 1-2 weeks if infected by the virus.
