The prospect of death is undesirable, to say the least, and I don't think I'm game. I'm a few semesters away from completing my M.D. in Pure Mathematics, Computer Science, and Cognitive Neuroscience, and I don't intend to wither away at the turn of the century. Would anyone else, petrified by the very notion of mortality, be willing to collaborate with me? We'll need a biological interfacing, networking, and ethics committee, among many, many others, and I can't think of a finer stock from which to draw support, and with which to conspire in the face of death.
