Scientifically speaking, why are white people so much more violent and hateful than any other race?

There must be some sort of explanation from psychology, evolutionary anthropology, or game theory. Moreover, I'm also curious as to whether this is an issue of population genetics or whether it's an emergent phenomenon in white social systems. In other words, do Whites possess genotypic profiles that make them inherently more hateful and racist, or is this some sort of by-product of the social organization and the dynamics of interaction in white communities?
