The most realistic thing that's gonna come out of this guy is an increasingly harsh tax plan.

There's been some real strides in both alzheimers and diabetes though. Honestly with or without anything out of Biden, there will be advancement, so it's an empty promise. But he might help fund some research, which will be way fucking better than dropping an extra bomb on some desert goat-fucker.

I think the same is true for Alzheimer's and Diabetes. There's not one pathway to either one, and the "cure" may differ for each pathway.
