I am trying to eat less and I want to use nicotine as an appetite depressant
I don't smoke
I am too poor for ncotine gums
My brother smokes
Can I open up a cigarette and let it boil in the water extracting all the nicotine and then drinking the nicotine + water like a tea?

Don't. Nicotine isn't compatible with your stomach bacteria.
It's is, how ever, compatible with your gum slime, thus your body can use it. Same as the majority of other foods is best well chewed and than spit out. You only want the good stuff, and the taste. You only eat stuff (into stomach) if it is really high quality (real meat, veggies etc)

This is a terrible plan but I have good news. Hunger cravings when you start fasting are normal, and they go away after a week or two. If you’re so committed to eating less to concoct this plan, you can endure not succumbing to mouth pleasure every time you feel like it for one week.

I've been through this shit OP. I can clarify some things for you.

I also wanted to lose weight with the help of nicotine. It doesn't work that well. Here's how it went ....

I started with a 3mg Zyn nicotine pouch. Then I worked my way up to 3 8mg ON pouches at once.

I kept swallowing nicotine from the pouches the whole time because the company website said it was safe.

It was extremely nasty. The only appetite suppression I felt was during the 15 minutes of intense nausea from swallowing so much nicotine.
It finally made me throw up. It was in the worst time possible. All over my steering wheel as I was driving.

I threw the rest of my pouches out....endured a few weeks of nicotine withdrawal.

Now I'm using intermittent fasting. Went down to 211 from 230. EZ

DONT SWALLLOW THAT SHIT OP

nicotine is a poison. if you get all the nicotine from a cigarette at once you get in serious problems. the only reason why you don't end up in hospital after smoking is that the body can get rid of nicotine really quick. when you finish a cigarette, the nicotine from the first inhaling is already gone.
if you boil a cigarette and drink it the concentration of nicotine is way higher. don't do it.
