you need uncertainty of acceleration
you have uncertainty of initial position and time

the kinematics equation for acceleration from a stationary point is
$a=2*x/(t^2)$
use the formula:
$\sigma_a^2=(\frac{\partial a}{\partial x})^2 \sigma_x^2 + (\frac{\partial a}{\partial t}^2 \sigma_t^2$

the values $\sigma_x,~\sigma_t$ are the errors that you have given.

there should be a closing parenthesis, but you get the idea.
also, this formula assumes the two sources of error are independent. for your case this is true.
