This process will continue indefinitely until we run out of oil, reduce the world population drastically, or find an alternative energy source (which we haven't, renewables are just Re-packaged oil energy).
In the next 3 to 5 decades 99% of jobs that require some level of common sense and are non-compatible with autistic traits will eventually either be outsourced to algorithms and drones or performed by exceptionally few people with their aid (farmers, for instance).
