Terrain Theory's two causes of disease, malnutrition and toxins, has been proven many times.

However has Germ Theory's infectious disease causing agents been proven?

We know bacteria exist they are everywhere but do they cause disease or do they clean up toxins.
We know there are 120nm RNA containing vesicles, are they infectious disease causing viruses or are they exosomes that have unique RNA sequences in them?

Do you have a research paper where they purified the virus and proved it caused the disease?
Plus they proved there wasn't any endosomes carrying away any toxins in the purified sample.They do not need to prove there wasn't any exosomes though, as if exosomes can cause disease then you can say viruses and exosomes are very similar. .

In other words, Kock’s Postulates were not satisfied, a process to determine if the virus is the cause of the disease. Also no control group was used to compare the lung fluid genome sequence of healthy people.
3. The lung fluids genome sequence, containing the mixture of possible genetic material, was uploaded to GenBank & Virus Pathogen Database (ViPR) to create a reference genome sequence for SARS CoV 2 . This sequence should not have been used as the reference for other rt-PCR tests to confirm a virus being present in the samples.

6. The CDC produced rapid test kit do not require the patient’s sample to be purified from other genetic material before the rt-PCT. Therefore, the results cannot be trusted, Pawpaw and goat samples tested positive with these COVID-19 testing kits in Tanzania .

There is no toxin to remove. Harmful germs themselves act as the toxin - they inflict trauma on a body.
Viruses hack open body cells and inject their own genetic structure in order to reproduce, harming cells and overall bodily function in the process. Removing the "toxin" would kill it. Harmful bacteria are parasitic, and while there's no single modus operandi, it is always the bacteria taking something from the host and causing harm.

It doesn't work like that, I don't have to disprove germ theory, you have to prove that viruses exist and are not exosomes, plus they are infectious disease causing.
Yes some bacteria excrete toxins, so its the toxin that causes the disease from the bacteria yes. That's a tough one to separate out.

Terrain theory is bullshit, diseases are caused by bad air. Modern diseases like autism, depression and homosexuality are a result of living in airtight houses coated with plastic, causing fresh air to not change inside the house. You'll also notice that things that spread disease e.g. raw sewage, rotting corpses smell horrible, and that's how they spread disease.

5. The mixture was grown in Vero E6 and Huh7 cells, which are kidney epithelial cells extracted from African green monkey (Chlorocebus) with DMEM and 10% FBS. These host cells are a source of cross contamination, this is countered by knowing the cells genome sequence and removing this know sequence from the results.
6. The culture was examined for the presence of the virus by the real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR)
***What is the reference genome sequence to determine a virus is present???
7. Vero E6 cells were infected with the new virus for 48hrs, fixed and embedded into epoxy resin. Ultrathin sections (80nm) of embedded cells ere prepared, deposited onto copper grids, stained and analysed by an electron microscope.
***How has any exosomes been filtered out by this point???

This paper tries to look like it has purified, isolated and visualised the virus, however makes no attempt the separate out exosomes from the virus. It also does not attempt to prove the virus is causing the disease.
