Is there a name for this style of compression?

Could I, for example, find the binary values for a song's mp3 file (header and all) in any given irrational number?

the closest thing a googling could find was "fractal compression" however it seemed to be lossy, as well as an article from 2014 calling it Irrational Numbers Stored Compression

What are the limits to such compression? I imagine the challenge is finding a section of an irrational number that satisfies may take time, and may start at a large digit, but once found, extracting the information would be lossless and wouldn't rely on internet speed
