What is this diagram called in English and can I find an online calculator for it?
Googling particle settling diagram didn't help.
I have an online test in a couple days and it'd really speed it up if I didn't have to fuck around with a ruler and a pencil like some caveman.

What is the problem you are solving with this? Are you given the Reynold's number to figure out values in the X and Y equations or are you given values to work out the reynolds number?
Are you figuring out drag coefficient or some value for fluid flow?

Is chemical engineering a good choice for a major, suppousing I'll graudate at 26 with a bachelor's? Or should I go with something like computer science or EE?

What would make it a good choice for you? Job prospects and pay are typically good. Though I'm in the UK and have heard it can be harder in USA for getting jobs related to engineering. Despite that you can also branch into any other job that likes to hire STEM grads.
The course itself typically does a lot less chemistry than a Chemistry BSc, but you do other stuff like: fluid & particle mechanics (as this thread has been discussing), transport phenomena and CAD equipment & plant design. If that sounds interesting to you then do it but if not then don't or you'll want to kill yourself when studying for the degree.
And I've found it leaves a lot of options open for postgrad studies. I'm doing a materials science PhD with a Chem Eng BSc.
