You're the only one who can sit down maturely and determine if you can or not. How much effort did you put? How much effort more could you have put? What went wrong and where can you improve? If you tried your absolute best, then consider that math may not be the right path. Anyways, this isnt something for the internet to answer and think about. It's your job.

2:1 is the second tier grade in the UK behind a 1st.
Simply American and US grading systems can't be compared.

t. Would get 2.1 in the UK but would average 95% in the US

Probably better, because a 2:1 gets you autofiltered from some jobs.

That said, Cambridge actually does not give an overall grade for their degrees. You only get a grade for each year separately.
