Is this enough of math for CS to get an entry level job? I'm self-studying and I'm currently focusing on practical stuff, but that's nearing to an end.
Please recommend books too. And is this doable till 2020 if I start tomorrow? I already have experience with precalc and logic but it's quite rusty now, I'll start from scratch.

You don't need math to work on CS, outside of niche stuff (simulations, audio, games, data science and memelearning).
Just learn to program and learn the frameworks everyone is using right now

I guess so. Anyway, I like math but never learned it properly so I want to give a second try. I guess I'll go for precalculus and algorithms only for now (I need a job) and then I'll learn what I need / am interested in.

Kleppner and Kolenkow's Mechanics is a good introductory book, they use it in the UCs. The real beauty in it is where it should be; the problems are excellent and challenging. For E&M, use Wangsness or, if you want a quick and dirty brainlet book, Griffiths.

For Linear Algebra, Klaus Janich's book is really good.
Axler is also very popular.
I recommend very much all low level maths by Serge Lang (Elementary Linear Algebra, Calculus and Multivariate Calculus). Be careful that Lang also wrote books for math majors and for math grad students, so be careful to not get the wrong books if you try Lang.
Lang's Basic Mathematics is popular for precalc. Euler's Algebra is the /sci/ alternative.
Euler is better, but Lang writes and orders thinks in a way that is more "modern", so pick your poison.

I really liked Euler's, highly recommend. Even if you were already taught algebra, just do it again because odds are your burger school left out a lot of useful and cool shit.
I also recommend axler Linear Algebra.
don't even fucking bother dedicating more than a month on calculus, it should be trivial, and just cram straight into analysis as fast as you can.
this is assuming set theory and logic are already done with.
those are basically things you should have learned in elementary school.
