if you're using unpublished stuff from someone else, get their OK before putting their data on the poster and include them as an author of the presentation. if it's from a publication, i dont think you can put the original data directly but if you've done some extra analysis on the data that wasn't in the original paper, you can show that as long as you cite the paper.
