What's the hardest degree to get admitted to? Please translate into IB so that admissions between countries and universities become comparable.

In Sweden:
MD, Karolinska institutet, lowest admitted: 41 IB

Physics (Bsc+Msc), Royale Institute of technology, lowest admitted: 41 IB

This is still meaningless. Most applicants don't have an IB score, especially in America.

KTH doesn't have a physics program it's an engineering physics program. Karolinska institutet is ranked the highest but they only offer medical programs, the highest ranked university in Sweden is Lund university.

Same goes for Sweden, IB is not commonly used but grades can be translated into IB and vice versa.

IB is the most internationally recognized and translated grading system. with GPA or A-levels comparing admissions of universities from different countries becomes really hard.

The Bsc is engineering physics, not the Msc which can be in most things related to physics or mathematics. I do not see how university ranking is relevant to admissions difficulty.
