Yes sleep, VERY important. sleep in a good environment, make sure ur very comfy and secured in your home. Sleep unto you naturally wake up.
Well stressful people create stressful situations. i define a stressful situation as a potential of something bad happening. people getting hurt, negative emotions, children especially. its coded in us to be obligated to help if something happens. All stress eats resources from the body and hormones are released. just safer for a longevity person to avoid stressful places/ people/ especially children.
So then theres a question, i think a person fully committed to living a solid 200-300 years you should avoid having children. especially now days theres so much happening in the world, so much to protect children from. investing a solid 18 years is definitely gonna eat years off ur life. Even if you're a parent that can raise a well behaved children.
Anyways i do believe people in the bible lived for 900 years. Seems easy to achieve if all your responsibilities are food/ shelter/ protection from animals. Seems like easy mode, no big chance of potential war if your in a low populated area, no man made social constructs exist to keep whatever standard. i dont have a strong opinion about it, but more and more i calm my mind and try to connect with the universe and NOW, seems whatever i ask an answer forms.
