No company will foot the bill for keeping ISS up, russia will take back its own parts and build a mir sized station.
US is putting all its cards on spaceX&boeing and the SLS as a very costly back up.
ESA has its own rocket projects underway, very far away, but still, underway.
China is working is way up from 70's tech to current by a mix of failure and stealing from westerns.
Japan wants to bruteforce a space elevator in the next 30 years.
And private company's will fill up the voids in between for lifting shit up in to space.
What i'm saying is, instead of one big station like ISS we will have a chinese station, a russian station, probably a US station around the moon, probably some kind of tourist station like from bigalow,etc...
