Maybe a dumb question but I'm curious: who are some current mangaka that are confirmed to still use only traditional media when making their manga? Just pencils, pens, markers, etc.?

I guess still quite a lot. It's going to be less of trad manga drawing and it's a good thing since it's way more efficient and they're killing themselves working. Murata streamed him drawing OnePunch-Man pages traditionally.

Mangaka who START with trad media? Probably a lot, maybe even most.
Mangaka who ONLY use trad media and don't do anything digital at all? Probably a lot rarer. It's just too convenient to use digital for backgrounds, effects, little touchups, etc. No reason to limit yourself and swear it off entirely.

I'm sure most mangaka are capable of doing trad only but if they're actually employed as a mangaka they pretty much have to use digital in some capacity
Akihito Yoshitomi make videos of himself making entire pages traditionally

murata, creator of one punch man, tones are done digitally tho. Most of the mangakas do an half and half workflow, they start it analog and finish it digitally

All manga is technically digital now because even if the mangaka uses only trad, the pages get scanned and touched up before publication
