Do you guys have good drawing posture or do you also get intermittent neck/shoulder pain after leaning over for a long time and not noticing

If you can't find the time for a longer /fit/ness routine, then start taking small breaks (let's say 5 minutes per hour of drawing), and do athletic exercises.
If you can find a cozy chair in which you can sit cross-legged, that may also help you.
