I can't diversify into drawing a new females
Same short hair
Same flat chest
Same goddamn T-shirt
How can I vary in drawing the hair or the size of the chest, and make those who see the drawing know that it is a girl from the body? Because sometimes they think she's a boy
(OP is ESL so you might think I'm a little bad at choosing words or grammar)

Look at other drawings by other artists of other kinds of girls you think look good and practice copying them, so you can pick up on the techniques and use them for yourself.

if people can't see you drew a girl, that's probably linked to the body silhouette (assuming you're not giving them chad's jawline, buzzcuts and shit)
if you're drawing flat adult girls, give an emphasis to the hips so that they're at least as wide as their shoulders. if it's loli, it's okay that their shoulders are wider than the hips but you'll have to work on softening up other muscles like the obliques, the chest part that connects to the arms and forms the armpits and the shoulder muscles
if she's clothed, show that she's a girl using feminine body gesture such as a hip tilt, legs curving inwards, draw the hands with 2 or more fingers close to each other, etc
