Each individual part of the work is so hypersexualized that it no longer depicts reality, but an abstract idea. The platonic form of sex, no longer relatable and no longer sexy, unless you've trained your mind with similar pictures, to translate the symbols on an instinctive level instead of actually looking at what they depict. The picture is recognizable as pornography, similar to how the letters in it are recognizable as Japanese, but its actual meaning is only visible to those who can read the visual shorthand.
