Went to clinic today, psychiatrist prescribed me some pills. Reached the bottom of despair, mentally and physically I'm destroyed, today was a second time I was outdoor in half a year. Afraid of light, sun, warmth, locked myself in the bathroom with lights out just to hide from everything. Being alive is unbearably painful.
