Everything anyone does of their own free will is motivated by selfish desires. Even people who draw to impress others, as you say, they're actually drawing because the validation they receive from people makes them feel good. There is no such thing as a selfless person.

If helping people made you feel bad would you still help people?
Imagine the worst thing you've ever done and recall how awful and horrible you felt over it. Now imagine if you felt that feeling every time you gave someone a compliment or shared something with someone. Probably would have less motivation.
Therefore, there is an element of selfishness in all selfless actions. No matter how much you are sacrificing to preform the action are will feel some kind of positive emotion during/after the helping act which motivates you to finish the act and likely do more good acts.

I have fun creating stories and having ideas.

Drawing is an attempt to make my story/idea attractive enough so that people will care about it.
So, in a way, my art needs to be "impressive enough", but my validation comes from people enjoying my ideas.

I understand it's high ISO, but our eyes adapt to that and compensate, so I think that's not it.
If you look at her arm/forearm fold on the trampstamped arm, or around her wrist/palm, the quality of the skin seems slightly too flimsy, I give her anywhere from 28 to 37.
Her face is also 30% lighter than her body, absolutely caked.
