>>5624324>People with ADHD cannot focus on things that do not interest them. If improving yourself and coping isn't enough to inspire you to watch even a few minutes to see if it is interesting enough to hold your focus, you're lazy and have ADHDImagine trying to armchair psychologist someone via your poor understanding of adhd into believing that if people truly want to get better then they have to jump through any hoop you put in front of them to get the information. You could just say "yeah a 2 hour video is kind of a dumb format if you want to give the people known for having zero attention span information"
I watched the whole two hour video and the only concrete points that were made were don't eat sugar, do 17 minutes of an introspective breathing exercise semi-regularly, and do some exercise. It takes like 40 minutes to even begin making a concrete point and the whole video is him constant doubling back on his language because he's trying to be scientifically thorough, understandable to laymen, and doing the whole video unscripted all at the same time when he could have just made a blog post that takes a quarter of the time to read.
Also there is a massive massive massive difference between a topic being "of interest" as in you will casually or even semi-seriously engage in a topic out of regular curiosity, interest, etc like a regular person might have a hobby that is "of interest" to them vs something being a subject of interest which manifests as hyperfixation. To put it in retard terms saying that of interest and subject of hyperfixation are the same would be like if a nurse said your uncle had acute respiratory syndrome and you asked why he was breathing in a triangle.
I know /ic/ is the retard contrarian slapfight board and you're probably just a 16 year old edgelord regurgitating opinions you saw on /fit/ or arcanine but you did not have any understanding of even a single claim that you made. I'm sorry that this site brainwashed you.
