I used to be like you, complaining most of the time and procrastinating daily. but then I actually got the spark to draw again, I started drawing from life, trying to copy artists I like too and those days I am improving quickly and starting to get a decent sense for 3d forms.
Drawing Is a psychical skill first and foremost, the fact that you're still at this level after drawing hours and hours everyday (I remember you saying something like this a few months ago, but I honestly doubt It), as well as how you've been constantly acting, means that there Is probably something wrong with you first and foremost. Go see a therapist or something, and then after you're mentally stable enough start actually drawing seriously. I still wish you good luck even if I doubt you will ever listen to me.
