This is just you parroting criticisms other people have said. People say he paints like Fechin, sure, you can argue that those are "weak facsimiles" but you seem to have misunderstood to think that he is also trying to draw like Fechin? He doesn't draw like Fechin. I don't think any actual artist would make that comparison.
