I'm a different anon, but Watts really only draws stale, safe, uninspired things. There are countless people creating art with some kind of charm, some kind of personal twist, some kind of fresh variation, some kind of new idea, some unique technical flourish. Some of them are less technically skilled than Watts, some more. He has laughably little creativity or willingness to risk doing something interesting.
Your examples of giraffes beaming lasers and "le soulful concept art" imply that you understand creativity only in the narrow context of being shocking, abrasive and attention-seeking. Which puts you even lower than anyone else here, including Watts, who at least has a refined sense of aesthetics.
