I don't fucking get it. I am a brainlette. Are the red arrows pointing at her hip bones? If not what are those, and if so what are the blue arrows pointing at?

The lower red arrows are pointing at where her hips meet her pelvis, with exaggerated softness for coom
The higher red arrows are pointing at where the flesh of her hips is bulging slightly from being compressed by the leg band of her tight leotard, with exaggerated softness for coom

Here's a little diagram for you.

The top outer red arrows are pointing to the top of her pelvis (the iliac crest) where the obliques rest.

The blue arrows are pointing to her obliques which are covered by the leotard.

The inner red arrows are pointing to essentially her abdominal muscles which are being covered by the leotard

The bottom two arrows are pointing at where her pelvis and leg muscles join, creating the crease you see.
