Observation and repetition is better. Vilppu and Hampton are good supplements though.

How about drawing people and body parts you’re interested in, from photo ref. This is how a lot of people get good too, and it’s a better vehicle for satisfying your innate curiosity instead of looking at instructor’s abstractions of the body for a lot of people.
