Healing a tattoo takes time, keep it clean, don’t touch anything, wash it once in the morning and once at night with antibacterial soap and moisturise after cleaning. I’m not experienced with finger tattoos but I’m assuming some cramping will be normal. Generally getting a tattoo makes you kinda flex the place getting tattooed because it hurts. Your hands probably hurt from tensing while getting tattooed.
